The draft guard actually zips all the way down from the inside, so I can vent heat without fully climbing out—that alone sold me. Came back to it after a wet, freezing night and the loft bounced right back, no clumping. Comfortable enough that I actually slept through till sunrise.

After a long day trekking in the cold, climbing back into this bag feels like a warm hug—the flannel lining is incredibly soft against my face, and the 0-degree rating held up perfectly through a frosty night. I slept better than I do in my own bed.

The zipper glides so smoothly that I can get in and out in the dark without fumbling, which is huge after a long day. Woke up to frost on the tent fly and stayed perfectly toasty inside. The fabric feels tougher than my old bag, too.
